Margarita C is a long-time beauty insider with a passion for organic beauty. With her exquisite taste and impressive credentials, she sports a solid 30 years of expertise in the cosmetics and beauty industry. Margarita dedicates the success of her debut as a skincare and makeup developer to her three beautiful boys, who are her “biggest motivators and my biggest fans.”
Margarita was born and raised in the Russian resort city of Pyatigorsk and studied at the prestigious Moscow Institute of Cosmetology located in the historic Arbat District. As a young girl, little Margarita showed signs of her passion for women’s beauty, constantly captivated by flawless skin and hair, and enchanted by perfumes and fragrances. She followed her childhood dreams to the glamorous capital, Moscow where she began her career at 18 as an Assistant Cosmetologist.
Studying and working in Moscow opened Margarita’s eyes to the variety of beauty and personal care women of different origins and nationalities pursued. This initiated her 5-year quest to carefully study how women of many different cultures, climates, and backgrounds maintain their skin and hair. From Russia, she traveled to Africa and Western Europe to learn diverse skincare methods and ingredients. Studying at Cours de Maquillage in Paris, Margarita was charmed by the French culture and style and was privileged to work with some of Europe’s most-renown brands for make-up and luxury skin and hair products.
Margarita was inspired by her studies of high-performance, natural ingredients and how they could transform skin and hair. This was the germination of her idea to develop a line of new nurturing skincare and make-up products. In an effort to break from an orthodox representation of make-up, she desired products that deliver freshness, transparency, and individuality in women’s faces. Experimenting with a number of different recipes, Margarita was aiming for that one perfect flawless formula, that she herself would fall in love with…..and voila! “Margarita’s Cosmetics” was born! Her formulas are derived from her years of comprehensive study and refined to have the most natural, penetrating, and science-based results.
